The Goat

The Goat, established in 1647, is situated in the quaint village of Frognall just outside Deeping St James, north of Peterborough.

Our traditional country pub offers an incredible range of meals to satisfy any appetite, as well as offering a fully stocked bar, consisting of real ales, lagers, spirits and fine wines. It would be difficult not to find something you like! Here at The Goat we have something to suit everyone.

Our lively and friendly staff are constantly available to make sure your visit is as enjoyable and delightful as possible.

We work together as a team to ensure we offer a high level of service both from the table and bar.

Every member of our staff is very approachable and willing to help out with any problems or queries you may have during your visit. Our chefs work very hard to make sure your meal reaches the table at the highest possible standard, and are willing to adapt any meals to suit particular requirements.

Children
Children are welcome at The Goat. We offer a wide range of children’s meals to suit all age groups. We except children of all ages, however, where possible we encourage families to use our family friendly rooms which are our Garden Lounge & Conservatory areas.
