Terms and Conditions

You can read details on our terms and conditions below. These cover our general terms as well as specific details on our rewards programme and book a table service.

DinnerData rewards

Reward points may only be exchanged for the stated rewards offered, and have no direct cash value. Where the reward offered is a voucher with a monetary face value, these must be redeemed through the defined method or methods of redemption.

DinnerData rewards schemes are subject to change at the sole discretion of the company, and may be altered, suspended or removed at any time.

Referring a Friend

If you refer a friend who registers with DinnerData, you can earn points for each new sign up.

Just make sure you give your friends the email address you signed up with for them to include with their registration.

Additional Terms and Conditions

  • Points claimed for referring a friend will only be valid for genuine referrals. Attempts to claim points through the use of fake email accounts and / or registrations of fictitious persons will result in the removal of any awarded points for said registration, and may result in the referrer’s account being closed
  • Points claimed for referring a friend will be valid as long as the referred user’s account remains live for a minimum of 30 consecutive days
  • In the event of there being one or more disqualified claims on any user account, the Company reserves the right to suspend or delete the user account, including removal without compensation of any points on the account whether earned through legitimate means or not
  • We will try to fulfil our obligations to run the promotion as smoothly as possible, but we won’t be responsible if something happens that is beyond our reasonable control
  • We accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities or disappointment incurred or suffered by you or anybody else in connection with the promotion activities
  • We reserve the right to:
    1. substitute or withdraw promotions at any time. We will provide you with as much notice as reasonably possible in the event we do so
    2. amend these terms and conditions at any point without notice. Any amendments will be published on the site

Book a Table

  • DinnerData’s Book a Table service is a managed service, and is free for users
  • You will need to provide us a phone number and email address so we can contact you in conjunction with your booking request
  • When you place a booking request with us, we will contact the restaurant on your behalf to confirm the booking, by phone
  • We cannot guarantee a booking for the date / time you request, but in the event your chosen venue cannot accommodate this we may suggest alternatives
  • The service is provided on an “as-is” basis, and we offer no warranties or remedies in the event of any problems with the booking itself
  • We may also contact you about other DinnerData services. You will be able to opt out of these communications by informing us in writing
  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the Courts of England
