General Terms and Conditions
- We will try to fulfil our obligations to run promotions as smoothly as possible, but we won’t be responsible if something happens that is beyond our reasonable control
- We accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities or disappointment incurred or suffered by you or anybody else in connection with promotional activities
- We reserve the right to:
- substitute or withdraw promotions at any time. We will provide you with as much notice as reasonably possible in the event we do so
- amend these terms and conditions at any point without notice. Any amendments will be published on the site
Book a Table
- DinnerData’s Book a Table service is a managed service, and is free for users
- You will need to provide us a phone number and email address so we can contact you in conjunction with your booking request
- When you place a booking request with us, we will contact the restaurant on your behalf to confirm the booking, by phone
- We cannot guarantee a booking for the date / time you request, but in the event your chosen venue cannot accommodate this we may suggest alternatives
- The service is provided on an “as-is” basis, and we offer no warranties or remedies in the event of any problems with the booking itself
- We may also contact you about other DinnerData services. You will be able to opt out of these communications by informing us in writing
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the Courts of England
