The White Lion

The origin of The White Lion in Little Chalfont, near Amersham, is mysterious as little historical information is available.

However, it is at least 150 years old and was possibly a pub of the old Weller’s Brewery of Amersham, but whether it was the White Lion Road or the pub that was named first we don’t know.

What we know for sure is that The White Lion does what any decent pub should. We serve great beer, delicious handcrafted food and the best coffee.
We are a pub in all ways that matter. Our food is comfortable and our sofas are warm. We’re an ideal, easygoing spot for whatever it is that you’re after; a drink, a snack, a great meal or maybe all three.
