Tandoori Massala in Hatfield – Tandoori in name; tasty, smokey, addictive by nature!

Tandoor (clay oven) cooked dishes are one of India’s most famous foods. Nothing beats the wonderful flavours that cooking this way creates. We cook everything from breads to kebabs and curries Tandoori style.

Tandoori massala is actually a mixture of spices specially selected and ground together for use in Tandoori cooking. Our own unique blend includes garam massala, garlic, ginger, onion, cayenne pepper, and a few other secret spices, plus a squeeze of lemon juice. We’re so proud of our particular creation, and how wonderfully it flavours the food we cook, that we chose to celebrate it by choosing “Tandoori Massala” as the name for our restaurant.
