El Sabio Tapas Bar & Restaurant

El Sabio Tapas Bar & Restaurant in Winchester was established in 2008 by head chef Attila Vanko, who developed an enthusiasm for Spanish cuisine running a very successful tapas bar in Surrey. Recognising its appeal, he and and his wife Viki converted The Mash Tun pub in Winchester to share their passion for Spanish food.

The restaurant has gone from strength to strength, relying on its simple formula of excellent, freshly prepared food using the best authentic Spanish combined with the finest local ingredients.
