Aster’s first floor restaurant is an elegant space, designed by the acclaimed Russell Sage Studio. It’s here that Executive Chef Helena Puolakka showcases her signature Nordic/French cooking style, combining punchy flavours with exquisite technique. Aster’s Nordic/French food is inspired by Helena’s Finnish heritage and classic culinary training.

Aster Restaurant & Cafe is one of the D&D London group of luxury restaurants, bars and hotels based principally in London, but also with venues in Paris, New York and Tokyo. It was founded by Des Gunewardena and David Loewi (the eponymous D and D) in 2006, following a buyout of Conran Restaurants, which itself was established back in 1991.
