The Bow Window Restaurant

The Bow Window Restaurant in Ramsey started in August 1979, in a beautiful building, built around 1450 with Inglenook fireplaces and Oak beams. Originally family owned but now under management by long serving Chefs Simon Harding and James Reed. After 30 years, it is still one of the Leading Restaurants in Cambridgeshire. Over the years there have been many improvements made and an extended dining and bar area.

Located in the Fenland town of Ramsey, we are 10 miles from St Ives/Huntingdon and 14 miles from Peterborough. We have a large car park for our customers which is behind the Restaurant.

The Bow Window offers a warm welcome to our bar area, offering a wide selection of drinks including Becks Vier on draught.
Our wine list features wine from all over the world and has a bottle for every budget.
Recently decorated bar and restaurant area with comfortable sofas, red leather and fabric tub chairs, Oak floors and Creamy Beech Tables with Linen Napkins; give a light contemporary feel.

Our Midweek menu is available (Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday and Friday inc.) fantastic value with starters all £4.85 & main course all £10.50. Add on a dessert and get 3 courses off the midweek menu for £18.50.

Thursday also offers “Steak Night” at the Bow Window. A selection of prime British steaks to choose from all with homemade chips and peas.

Our Full A La Carte menu is available every night, as is our Vegetarian Menu.
And if you still have room we will tempt you with our selection of Homemade Desserts.

The restaurant is also open for Sunday lunch on the last Sunday of every month.

We cater for private parties, whether it’s a Corporate Dinner or a Family Celebration. We also have the versatility to cater for wakes and catered business meetings.

We especially enjoy organising small Weddings. Where you personally design the menu, so ensuring a perfect meal on your special day.
