Opened in May 2018, The Brasserie at the Royal Kings Arms Hotel is a bright and stylish restaurant and bar situated in the heart of Lancaster with views of the castle.
A great place to pop in for afternoon tea or an all day brunch with a Saturday offer of bottomless Prosecco, The Brasserie’s extensive à la carte menu boasts a strong influence of fresh, local produce with signature dishes including locally sourced fresh grilled lobster, a fillet steak with Cashel Blue panko crumb, poached hen egg and mushroom ragu, in addition to a comprehensive vegetarian and vegan selection.
The Brasserie is located on the ground floor of the Grade II listed Royal Kings Arms Hotel, which dates back to 1625 and counts Charles Dickens as one of many famous guests that have stayed.
The Brasserie also includes “The Snug”, a brand new private dining room which opens up to a gorgeous outside decking area, creating a charming spot completely unique to the Lancaster area.
