Gyre & Gimble

Gyre and Gimble opened it’s doors towards the end of 2012 in the market town of Buckingham, UK. The owners, Elliot and Alex, have worked in the coffee industry for over 10 years between them, over that time they have kept a keen passion for great brews and a slightly off-the-wall aesthetic.

The core focus of the shop is always the produce we serve. We’ve selected coffee from 6 fantastic UK coffee roasters and rotate between them to give plenty of variety but also keeping things fresh.

Coffee is not the only thing on offer within our little cave. We also love tea and chocolate with a wide selection of loose-leaf tea and high cocoa hot chocolates there is choice for any traveller in search of hot drinks.
