The Tilbury

This comfortable pub in the village of Datchworth in Hertfordshire, serves premium spirits and quality wines as well as interesting soft drink choices. The A La Carte menu focuses on refined British cuisine and great flavour combinations while the pub menu offers classics like game cottage pie.

Owned and run by James and Tom Bainbridge, the brothers, along with Nicola and Head Chef Chas, have a lot of fun creating new dishes such as potted rabbit and carrot cake, braised lamb with lamb bacon & sweetbreads and even a dessert inspired by cereal milk.
