Matou is a modern pan Asian restaurant, cocktail bar and lounge. It is located in a privileged position overlooking the vibrant dock waterfront area of Liverpool, and one of the city’s renowned land marks, the Pier Head.

Matou Pan Asian Restaurant provides the ultimate in fine dining merging dishes from the Far East including Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Japan, China and includes a tempting selection of signature fusion dishes.

The stunning main dining area overlooking the river seats up to 120 people. The sophisticated bar and lounge comfortably accommodates 100 people.

There is an impressive outside terrace which is capable of catering for at least 300 people indulging in drinks and al-fresco dining. The terrace has spectacular views of Liverpool Waterfront and the prestigious buildings of the Pier Head making it the ultimate venue for special occasions and events.

The restaurant also has an exclusive lounge and dining area for 50 people. It is ideal for private functions or special events providing exclusivity of the highest standard.
