Bosphorus is a Turkish restaurant in the heart of Hitchin.

Our cuisine is a fusion between authentic Turkish cuisine and Mediterranean flavours, served in a traditional ethnic ambience.

Some of our dishes are based on recipes that over 500 years old, and we work hard to recreate the authentic flavours that Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine is known for.
