Eating is a serious matter in Italy and our Head Chef has created Amarone’s award-winning menus to reflect the very best of traditional and contemporary Italian cuisine. From classic, freshly-made pizzas and pasta, to delectable fish and succulent meat – all of our mouth-watering dishes are made with the finest ingredients sourced from both specialist Italian suppliers and our local area.

An Experience Heightened with Fine Wine
They say the best things in life come to those who wait, and we believe that to be true. Take for example the wine from which we take our name – Amarone. It is produced from the same grapes as a standard Valpolicella wine, but made extra special with a unique wine-making process called ‘Appasimento’. This technique involves selected, premium grapes slowly drying for 3 or 4 months in lofts until they lose a third of their weight. Only then are they crushed, producing a deliciously concentrated and rich ruby wine.
