The Longs Arms – Steeple Ashton

Situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Steeple Ashton, The Longs Arms, is the perfect place for the discerning ale drinker or for the whole family to enjoy a meal together.

The proprietor and landlady, Caroline Quartley, has been at The Longs Arms since May 2005 and has renovated the pub, making it the centre of the community. There’s something on the menu to suit everyone; the atmosphere is welcoming to couples wanting to sit by the open fire or families wanting to enjoy the huge garden with their dog.

Our delicious homecooked food is well known throughout the area, and we change our dishes regularly to fit the season, so please see our website for details of our current menus.

The many different nights are always popular – such as the Monthly Quiz Night, which is always sold out and the Open Mic Night, which is attracting more and more talent every time.

The 180ft enclosed garden provides the ideal setting for an English Summer’s day. The play equipment at the far end keeps the children occupied – thus allowing you to relax even more!

The Old Malt House, is a fantastic setting for weddings, Christenings and business meetings to name a few. The double doors opening onto the garden and the exposed timber beams are just two of the many features that make this far more than your average function room.
